Roun McNeal
Instructional Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice & Legal Studies
Mr. Roun McNeal is an Instructional Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice & Legal Studies. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science and his Juris Doctor (law degree) from the University of Mississippi. He has previously served as Deputy Bureau Director for the Mississippi Division of Medicaid, as General Counsel from Greene County, MS, and as a State Representative for District 105 in the Mississippi House of Representatives. His teaching interests include law studies, criminal law and procedure, ethics, and public speaking.
